I'm a fan of any combo setup (i.e. nothing with two equal coils) - that said, I only have a P/J and a J/MM, and I prefer the latter. Then again, they're both noname pickup setups...

In short - I prefer the J/MM.

P/H for me as both tones are usable by themselves. I've never cared for a single J.
