Pickup hum

Didn't know where to post this so feel free to move

My neck pickup has an unbearable hum, so overpowering I can't use that pickup. It's a Schecter Studio 5 with EMG hz's. I've had it about 2 1/2 years.

I have posted a sound clip. 0:00-0:24 I have the EQ flat and blend 50/50, and I alternate between bridge and neck.
At 0:24 I boosted the mids and treble so you can get a better idea, and did the same thing.

The hum is evident no matter where I play. Sometimes it gets worse but it's always present. It increases/decreases when I change direction sometimes.

What do you think could be causing this? I'm leaning toward either shielding or ground issue. I know single coil pickups will have a little hum (and the bridge does) but that doesn't explain why it's so much more powerful in the neck

first question..did it get worse or was it always this way? If so then it's a wiring issue. Ground came loose etc. Or someone put it in wrong maybe?

I don't remember it humming until about a year after I bought it
