Is this pickup passive?

I have a Tobias Growler with a quadcoil Bartolini. I'm not sure if this is the 'classic bass' version, as the bass dates to around 1993 (I believe). I want to possibly switch preamps to an Audere and it requires passive pickups. If anyone can enlighten me, I would be grateful.

To my knowledge, all Bartolini pickups are passive. Most are paired with preamps, but the PU is passive.

To be certain, check if the pickup is connected to the battery.
