Pickup Plates for EMG 35PCS

Howdy - I've just installed 2 x EMG 35 PCS PUPS in my Hohner B2V bass. They sound great but I'll save that for later. I'd like to find a couple of pickup plates (or whatever you call them) that I could put around them to cover up the gaps. Can anybody recommend a place to find these or have them made.

Doesn't anybody know of a company that makes mounting covers or whatever they are called for pickups?
