Pickup/Preamp matching

I have to Fender jazz basses, one with Fender Jazz SCN, the other with bartolini J pickups, and I currently have a Audere preamp and I will get a 2-band Glockenklang soon. Which ones should I pair together to get the better sounds possible on each one ?

that's all good stuff. i suspect the SCNs will not be as loud as the barts, so whichever preamp has a bit of output gain boost might go best with those.
