| Pickup rings for Bart MK routes

I've done quite a bit of searching and it looks like this may not exist, but I was wondering if anyone made pickup rings to fit a standard shape J pickup into a route for a Bartolini MK series pickup.
Specifically, the route you'd find on an Ibanez SR which I believe are sized for 6 string pickups even on the 4 string basses. I'm really digging the looks of the SR374M, but I'd like to put something besides Barts in it and going for a typical soap bar would mean getting new routes which would be expensive.
