Pickups for 5 String High C Tuning

I'm clueless. Can anyone recommend pickups that would go well with this concept. Doesn't matter what kind. My bass at the moment has got rountings for humbuckers, but I could put a pickguard on there and use singlecoils as well.

I'm not sure if I want active or passive.
Does anyone know active PUs that have a band filter (low pass) and not just a regular EQ?

pickups shouldn't make a big difference for tuning to a high C, any 5 string pickups should work.

As for you asking for a pre with a low pass, the ACG pre sold at bestbassgear.com is filter based.
