Piezo preamp buffer with individual trim pots

Anyone know of a Piezo preamp buffer with individual trim pots? I'm getting uneven volume across the strings...E being the loudest and C being the quietest...

I think some Carvin preamps are built that way, but I don't think they sell those without the bass!

In the meantime any ideas on how to even out the volume without a buffer with trim pots?
