Piezo Problem with B-string

So my new bass, MusicMan Stingray 5 w/ Piezo, purchased from Guitar Center arrived today (purchased used). However, when i turn up the Piezo, the sound of the B string diminishes significantly compared to the other strings. I read online that it may be a contact issue. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks
