Piezo Pups

Hello,
I am getting a custom 6 string bass and i am going to add piezo pups in the bridge with normal pups too. I was wondering can you string all 6 piezos into 1 volume knob, and if so, how? do you need anything special? and can you run normal pups and piezos into (on bass) preamp/input or no?

You will need a piezo buffer to mix the piezo and magnetic pickups.
