i know fender makes a power jazz with a piezo, as for a p with a piezo, you might have to buy an aftermarket bridge

allparts has a few different bridges with piezo saddles, and guitarelectronics sells the graph-tech saddles that fit stock fender type bridges...i believe both setups will also require a preamp or buffer to sound decent (and allow blending with the output of the magnetic pickups)

do RMC pickups require any additional preamps?or can you hook it up just like a magnetic pickup?

Piezos have massively different impedence from magnetic pickups, so pretty much all of them require buffer preamps, especially if you're going to try and blend them with magnetic pickups.
