PJ bass problem

I have some problems with my PJ bass wiring. When you fully close the potention meters, a loud buzz occurs. When you slowly open the potetion meters, the buzz dissapears and you can just play the bass. I think I did something wrong with the grounding but I don't know what. The pickups are seymour duncan quarterpounder P pickup and a seymour duncan hot Jazz pickup.
I included the schematic that I used. ( I made it myself )

When fully closed it should be going to ground, it sounds like you have a grounding problem.

There is usually a ground cable run to the bridge, dont know if that could have any influence, but you havent shown it in your diagram.

I just discoverd the mistake, I reversed the leads on the jack , stupid mistake, I think it will be fixed if I switch the leads, thanx
