Made in Korea
SoundChip 062D JRC 4018B - 8 Pins
Pods A100K / B100k

Is it possible identify the circuit? maybe the circuit was replaced?

2) Where can I get a diagram of the Wiring Circuit

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe Ibanez makes their own electronics, so you may not be able to find a wiring diagram. Just gut that stuff out and get yourself some decent p'ups and preamp. You won't be sorry.
