Pope preamp Fodera noise - help!

Hey,
Just got a Fodera Emperor w/Mike Pope preamp here on TB.

The mid tone knob has some scratchiness when spinning, and panned either hard up/down has a high pitched hissing noise.

Any ideas how I can fix this??
