is it possible to change the center frequency of active EQ?

i have the aguilar obp-1 and i am wondering if i can change the treble frequency center from 4k up to something like 10k? the bass boost is absolutely amazing and i wouldn't think of changing that.

No. You would have to change the parts on the circuit board.
