Possible Piezo for Squier Short Scale Jag?

Sign in to disble this ad
If I wanted to have a piezo bridge installed on my Squier Jag Short Scale bass, would either of these work??

I would have a tech install it and am not sure where I'd want a volume control for it. I leave the neck pick up all the way up, if that would make a difference.

I have no idea if I'll ever do this, but I always have off the wall ideas rolling around my head.

well, you would need a preamp with it because of the tiny signal it generates.

I caught this after I posted. This makes such a mod much less likely. After all, how much is it wise to spend to mod a $170 bass?

Maybe if I hit the lotto, I'll order a Landing with a piezo bridge, or something.
