Is it possible to wire a bass like this?

I want to use a stacked pot to control neck pickup volume and master tone. Is that possible? I would use a normal pot to control the bridge pickup volume. Thanks for any help or info.

sure you could do that...but wouldn't it make more sense to have one concentric pot for each pickup volume and one regular pot for tone?

look at a V/V/T jazz bass wiring drawing...many diagrams available on the fender website...

the concentric pot works the same as two pots...top layer is for inner knob...bottom layer for outer (or visa-versa...check it with a meter)

oh...get a meter...invaluable for doing wiring work and troubleshooting...learn how to use it...

I know how to wire stuff. Just needed to a schematic. But if it's the same as the standard then it wont be hard.
