Possible to wire Twin-Jazz pup in Stereo?

I've got an older Warwick Streamer Pro-m with a Twin-j pickup, im wondering if it's possible to wire each pickup to a separate output?

Is there a preamp?

Yeah its a duel 2 band preamp, bass and treble for each side of the pickup

Are there separate outputs for each input, or does the preamp internally sum it's two inputs to a single output?
