Possibly microphonic?

I've just recieved a Lakland Skyline Joe Osobrn, and the bridge pickup makes audible clicks when i tap it. Is it possible that the pup is microphonic? and if so, where can i find a cheap replacement?

It's not the pole pieces, it's the pickup encasing that makes a noise.
