Pot help?

i recently bought some emg pickups thinking they were coming with pots. but they didnt, and in the manual it doesnt say if i need a certain type, resistance thing, its for 1volume pot and 1 tone pot, it has some frequency things on the manual which are,

inductance in henries 4.0
dc resistance in Kohms 8.24
resonant frequence Hz (1) 3150
resonant frequence Hz (2) 3900
Z @ resonance K ohms (1) 79

Notes:
(1) loaded with 500k vol/tone/w20' cable (800pf)
(2) loaded with 1 meg ohm (47pf)

just to note these are also passive pickups

any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

emg's are normally active and typically require 25K audio taper pots.

I got Select pickups because i prefer passive pickups, so..there passive:P i will put that in my first post now :P

250K or 500K will work. 500K will be a bit brighter.
