Pot Type With Armstrong Pickups

I have a bass with a set of Kent Armstrong Handmade Humbuckers. I'd like to wire it with a volume and a tone pot and a three way switch.

What values should I get for the two pots?

Most likely 500K...I have Kent and Aarons pickups for a lot of custom builds, and other than single coils or Motherbucker, I get the best results with 500K
