Also i want to ask why they have 2 trebel control for the preamp instead of bass control.

I've just read the description it's not clear.
I thought I had understood but no, so I went on the Glockenklang website : http://www.glockenklang.de/en/produc...ducts_bass.htm
So I would guess for : volume (which is not described)
Treble (which is tone in passive mode)
Bass
Balance.
