Exclamation Preamp search, need advice! (glock or SD)

Hello!
I have read many posts in this nice forum about preamps, I wrote some topics about them as well, but this time I have narrowed down ''pallet'' from 6 to 2.
I'm considering: Glockenklang 3Band 4Pot
Seymour Duncan STC-3

Bass in that this preamp will be installed is Fender Victor Bailey 5.
There is 4 pot hols, dedicated 2X9v battery space, and big control cavity.
In Glock I like that it is active/passive, but I have heard clips of it in Youtube in Human base, and the sound is too modern for my needs (probably it's because of bass wood, pups etc.).
In Seymour Duncan STC-3 I like the sound, slap control setting, and prewired setup.
My tonal needs would be: Beefy, aggressive, growly and vintage sound. Both in slap and fingers.

So here is my questions:

Is it possible to setup SD STC-3 with active/passive?

From those who own one of those preamps, how would you describe the sound?

And which would you chose for Fender Jazz Bass (to save tone), what will be mostly played in slap?

Maybe you have some youtube clips where one of those preamps is used?

Thank you!

P.S.
Sorry for my bad English, it's not my mother language.
