Preamps with output level controls?

Looking for (internal) preamps that have a level control, list what you got!

I know of so far:
Bartolini
Lakland LH-3
Spector TonePump

Also Audere 3Z, but only in Low-Z mode. Problem would be solved if the level control was in the normal Mid-Z mode!

Any of them if you want to spend $2 on a trimpot and wire it after the preamp. Can't name any others of-hand, though.

Any loss of high end like with a passive volume control? What value trimpot?

Bassmods and Nordstrand to my knowledged also have level controls.
