Problems with my Audere

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought an Audere preamp (JZ3 model) about 5 months ago and I LOVE it! However, it had been acting strange lately so I took it out and I noticed that the white wire that connects to the cap for the battery had come out.

It's weird because I haven't been able to play for a while so I haven't even really touched the bass since before it was working perfectly.

Is there anyway I can put it back in or is this something that I am going to have to send back to Audere to fix? Do you think that falls under the warranty?

I'd email Dave just to do it but battery clips are a common problem. I'm guessing Dave will just tell you to replace the old clip.

Of all places Radio Shack actually has had my favs to date and I've never had a problem with one. The worst are those cheesie grey fiber ones.
