Ray Gerold MM pickup
 

Hi. I would like to read some opinions about this kind of pickup. it is very expensive but i don't know how it sounds. anyone has experience with ray gerold mm pickup?

The one Ray Gerold Bass I tried was a P bass.
It sounded extremely 'forward' and not like a p bass should.(IMHO, of course )
I can however see the appeal of such a bass.
It just wasn't for me at all.
I heard similar comments in regards to the mm pickups.
Always try before you buy if t all possible.
