Replacement bridge pickup for '09 Fender American Precision Deluxe bass

I'm looking to replace my stock pickups on my '09 Fender Precision Deluxe bass and I cannot find a vendor that has the same stock hummbucking bridge pickup layout with the 4 mounting "ears". I had a passive Fender P-Bass years ago that I installed Bartolini pickups in and it was awesome. But, the dang hummbucker style is the lim-fac. Anyone have any suggestions?

There are several "twin-jazz" replacements including Delano, SGD, Aero, MEC, and others.

The Delano definitely won't fit.

I've also contacted SGD about this in the past and he said his cases still require some modification/routing to fit properly.
