Replacement J and MM Pickups

After a while of owning my Cort GB74 I am growing quite tired of the bland tone the stock pick-ups give me.
My question is what types of passive pick-ups would give me a good jazz funk tone, but with the ablility to gain some warmth from the neck pickup.

Any help would be appreciated.

FWIW:

you just have to read reviews and take your shot. Lot's of other factors besides pups the least of which being personal taste. See FAQ Dimento's Trouble Shooting guide 1st paragraph Bass Mod Guide for how I select pups.

Just dropping the pup away from the strings will make it more mellow - which is typically assoicated with warmth.
