I have a UV70 that has a great feel and is a treat to play but the bridge pup cuts out often. If I lift the VTC (switches the bass to passive from active) and snap it back down a couple of times the bridge pup comes back for a while... What's up with that? Previous owner reversed the blend knob so I had my tech look into the wiring while returning the blend knob to Sadowsky specs. He cleaned up some sloppy soldering and shortened a few wires and said everything was working fine. But it's not. Could I have a broken pot? Why does the VTC / passive active switch affect the blend knob? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thx!
