Soapbar vs 2 soaps vs j neck soapbar bridge?
 

Im getting a custom bass, bubinga body, wenge and bubinga neck, pau ferro fretboard. Im having a hard time figuring the best option. Need tight warm low end thump. Not too bright. I play in a live hiphop band. Im leaning towards an Aguilar 2 band pre. Either basslines or bartolini pickups. Any one heard any combos of these ideas?

And if i go 1 soapbar would one designed for the neck placed close to the bridge change the sound...i assume the neck and bridge are called so because of string spacing...?
