Stingray pickup cover..

Hi All,

I just got a Lace Bassbar, gonna mount it in my Musicman SUB4 where it will replace the MM soapbar (blasphemy!!)

The Lace bassbar isn't a perfect dropin replacement, it fits in the cavity, but the pickguard will show the three screwholes of the MM pickup. Mmmm.

So I was thinking about getting an empty 5-string blind pickupcover (without the magnets) to place over both the lacebar and the screwholes, but I cannot seem to find a 5-string MM pickupcover.

I can buy a cheapo 5string Wilkinson soapbar, but then I have to remove the epoxy inside, with a lot of acetone. Great..

Anyone here knows were one can buy simple, plastic MM pickupcovers?

Hey thanks for a cool parts site.
I just started looking for a MM PU surround for a bass i'm putting together....I don't want a full PG on it.
