StingRay squeal!!!

I have a MusicMan StingRay4 and there seems to be something bad with the input jack. Ive had a guy here in town take a look a it but he didn't fix it

any suggestions???
Im probably just going to have to replace it

... so what kind of jacks do i need to look for?
