Sudden battery drainage.
So I have a Warwick streamer jazzman that was cutting out due to a loose solder. I got it resoldered by someone my guitar player knows. It was working fine and I noticed the battery died. At first I thought he just put a nearly dead battery in the bass, but I put a fresh battery in the bass and I was dead in about a week and a half(of practically no use). Fresh out of the packet battery, jack wasn't left in the bass or anything. I had been playing my bass without being plugged in lately because I've been working lates. I'm just wondering is it possible that the guy resoldering the wires, he might have done it wrong or something and the bass is constantly trying to output or in the on mode, hence draining the battery? I'm not up on electronics, but I just thought Id ask. I want to avoid taking it to a tech, because they always charge through the roof for these problems. I would take it back to the guy who did it, but I don't really have faith in him, as he isn't a pro.
I will build my own left handed guitar and bass shop, with blackjack, and Hookers, you know what? Forget the shop!!
