switch for coil tapping

I'm doing some fiddling with my Simulcaster, which has a Strat setup of 3 single Lace Sensors. I'd like to add another LS to the bridge, and wire them up to switch between single and humbucking configurations.

I've got the wiring diagram from the Lace website, but one thing is confusing me. The diagram shows a switch with 3 terminals. But when I do a search for "on/on/on" switch on eBay, everything that comes up has six terminals. Not sure what's going on here.

Otherwise, I think I understand what I need to do with everything else. Any help?

The switch in the diagram is an SPDT switch Mini-Toggle SPDT On-On Switch 5A-125VAC | eBay I have an S/S/H guitar and I use a DPDT switch for the humbucker to get 3 different sounds. You can use either a SPDT or DPDT.

Just use a double pole switch.

You can use either a DPDT Center-On, or a DPDT On-On-On/SP3T switch. If you use the latter, you will need to use terminals on both poles to get SPDT Center-On switching.
