Switch Fender with squier elct.

I have a Mexican fender. And an Indonesian Squier(which I made fretless and love). They're both jazz basses, but I found the Squier was the better man overall, just maybe not in hardware. So I decided to switch the metal plate/pots and neck p.up from fender to Squier.

I wrote down the specific wiring patterns for them both and not to my surprise there are differences. For one, there are not two extra ground wires in the s like there are for the f. How should I pull of switching these bad boys? With the same wiring pattern the Squier now has a new buzz
