Switchcraft 152B stereo jack wiring question

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello!

(I was able to find a diagram online just now. Thanks a lot. The shortest one is the tip.)

I need to know which terminal is the tip. Besides the longest thing on the back, which is obviously ground, there are two small terminals, one shorter than the other. Is the shortest one the hot, or tip? Once I find this out, I can solder the other, the one that is supposed to turn the battery on/off, to ground since I'm wiring mono (passive bass).

Thanks a lot.
