Sign in to disble this ad
Hi you all SX Users..

I´m going to pull the Trigger on that 4+1 String Jazz Bass

I´d like to know the Pickup Dimensions of this Pu´s. I thought I remember that in this Basses fit the normal 4-String Dimensions wich is 91mm in the Neck Position and 95mm in the Bridge Position...

Am I right? Can you help and give me the correct Measurements

THX

So if the Measurements of the PU´s are 91mm (Neck PU) and 95mm (Bridge PU) that is the Standard Size of 4-String Basses.

Am I right, when I say that I can use a 4-String Set of Pu´s with Blade Magnets then...? Like the EMG select, or maybe Bartolinis?

THX for Help

I'm looking to replace the stock pickups on my 5 string sx too so I guess we are in the same boat. Bartolini has 5 string pickups that match the 91 / 95 mm dimensions (59 L/S) that I imagine would work well.

This is probably going to end up being my summer project so let me know how it goes if you replace your pickups before I do
