Is there any way...?

Sign in to disble this ad
that I could wire one pickup in serial with a tone pot and the other in serial without tone pot without using a switch...?

I'm not sure I follow; 2 pickups in series with the tone pot between them? I have no idea how that would work. Or are you talking about 2 dual coil pickups with a tone control on a single pickup (and assuming a blend or pickup selector)?

Im talking about 2 pickups in series... one with a tone pot, the other without tone pot (just a volume pot)

Wouldn't it just be to let the pup you want tone on to "bleed" to the tone control, while the other one doesn't?

Maybe the question should be: "Can I connect 2 pickups directly to the jack?"
