Are these the right pickups?

I currently own a 5-string MIM Jazz bass with some dead pickups. I've been searching for some new pickups that will add some real growl and came across the Bartolini 59J1 pickup set.

Specs of them are 3/4" x 3-1/16" - 0.75" x 3.60"/ 19mm x 91mm for the neck. For the bridge 3/4" x 3-3/4" -0.75" x 3.73" / 19mm x 95mm.

I just measured the pickups on my bass and they are 4" on the neck and 4-1/16" bridge.

Will the Bart's fit?

They make Barts that would fit, but the ones you describe won't. Check this page and see which models WILL work...
Bartolini 5 String J (Jazz) Style Bass Pickups

I'd get something better if you want growl, though. Personally, I think Barts are too mellow and quiet to get any sort of "Growl"... but I personally don't like Barts, so that's me.

The Seymour Duncan QPs will fit, by the way...

The Classic Bass series can be very growly. The Original series not so much.

At the bottom of that page are the models for 5 string Fenders.
