Thinking of changing the preamp on my BTB575FM - Advice?

I'm thinking swapping out the preamp on my Ibanez BTB575FM. Any advice or insight on what might be a good match with the stock MK2 pickups? I'm looking for a 3 band, 5 knob preamp (Vol-blend-bass-mid-treble). Any suggestions? I play mostly rock & metal type stuff, if that matters.
