Three way toggle with an active circuit?

Sign in to disble this ad
Here's my dilemna. I bought a jazz type 5 string body that has 6 holes drilled on the stock body. I bought a Duncan STC-3A preamp that will use only 5 holes and that is with the jack. What should a do with the EXTRA hole? Can I put a regular 3 way toggle on it with the active circuit? I know a toggle won't add much, but I need to fill the hole with a pot or something of some kind. Thanks. I have a stacked bass /treble control, maybe i could separate those and have one bass and one treble..gimmee some ideas people.
