Does anyone know if there is any place where I can get replacement pickups that have a thumbrest built into them like on a Ibanez bass or a Yamaha.
And also if they how do I go about finding out if it will be a direct replacement for what im looking for.

I can understand why that would sound lame but the reason is that I have a rather rare bass that has a lot of sentimental value to me and I dont want to go drilling holes in it but would kinda like to buy some new pickups for it. So unless they makes ones that arent screwed in id do it.

Pretty sure I've heard of using double-sided tape for that purpose...

Or contact glue... (the one that doesn't harden that much... stays sticky)
