| Tobias Classic 5 bart preamp system

I just got a TOBIAS CLASSIC 5 it worked perfectly for about 1 week then during a show it stopped working. I called Mike Tobias, and Bill Bartolini they told me that there should have been some parts(blue pots that you can change the gain with) in the preamp. According to Mike there should have been 4, in my pre there were none.
I ordered a new 5.4 a/p and am having it installed today. I have a bunch of shows to play and can't be without my bass.
Does anyone know of someone that could look at the preamp w/o it being in a bass and try to get it back to original specs?
Any advice or leads on what or where I can turn?
