Tobias volume decreased on active position

Hi,

the volume of my tobias classic is really low on "active" position (usually active and passive have the same volume with EQ in the middle).

Now on active mode the output is really low while on passive is really high (and the EQ doesn't work on passive mode).

What could it be? battery issue? (i don't have a new one but with another half charged one it has the same problem), Preamp?

Open your electronics cavity- there may be a trimpot in it to.adjust active output
