| That sounds like a standard passive volume and tone control. I usually get the components from the Allparts display at the music store: 2 x 250K audio taper potentiometers, a .047 microfarad capacitor and a 1/4 inch mono jack, plus knobs.
SD has a wiring diagram for the P bass on their site which should help with how to hook it all up.
