Tone difference between original SCPB p/u & humbucking SCPB p/u ?

Will there be any noticeable tone difference between original SCPB (true single coil precision bass) p/u and humbucking SCPB shaped p/u?

I've searched Net and found following SCPB shaped humbucking p/u's.

SD custom - stacked humbucker

Curtis Novak - split humbucker

Nordstrand custom - split humbucker

From JF's greenburst Valenti Vintage Original P4

I know there will BE difference, but will it be very huge?

I would hope so.

Have you contacted the pickup makers and asked them?
