Tone knob do not work

Hi guys, i have a probleme with my tone knob, on my fender bullet bass deluxe, i try to change my pot and capacitor but it does'nt seams to change anything.

So when i turn it, i did'nt notice any change in the sound.

Any idea????

Maybe a wiring problem, check all the connections, and try to find a schematic similar to your basses layout to compare.

the thing is that it did'nt work before i change it???? does it may have a bad solder directly on the pick up?
so i cheak my wiring and all apear ok but my with wire is ground and my yelow is on the output of my vol pot so does it posible that my pick up is not pluged in the right way or it does not change anything?

It may have been wired incorrectly before. Find the appropriate schematic online, then try rewiring it.

i can't find my wiring diagramme, but i use the diagrame for the p bass (it apear to basicaly the same), and all the wiring is ok but not for the pick up, but the neck pick up has a yellow wire and the bridge pick up wire is white, maybe my pick up is invert does it make a change????

Now it works and the only thing i do is to put te bridge wire directly on the jack.....before it was on the volume pot
