The thing that jumped out at me as strange, were the wire colors. Everything is wired with vintage cloth wiring, but the wire colors are yellow, green and blue (not sure if there was a black... don't have the bass in front of me).
Is that stock?? I thought all Fenders used black and white wires.
Can someone clarify that for me?

FWIW:
Don’t know, one of many reasons I don’t do vintage. I do know that if there’s an assumption to be made about vintage it’s that it’s not. Any buyer not knowledgeable about the item they’re buying shouldn’t be buying to begin with, regardless of what it is especially if the price is surprisingly low (indicating it’s not what it’s purported to be, if it is it’s stolen, it’s defective in some way, or the seller doesn’t know what he has).
The wiring should be a calkwalk to locate on the net. Other things would be much more difficult to determine. Steve Barr at vintage basstrading company would know and there’s a TB’r named Fender”something” (mod I think) that would pull up from a TB search) would probably know. You could also contact any of the vintage dealers like Elderly Music, Gruhen (sp?), etc.
