Vintage Precision PUPs... Which years does that include?

When you buy say a Fralin Vintage Precision PUP, which years are those being compared to?

Basically, I'm trying to find a more pronounced Precision PUP, similar to a mid to late 70's - Which aftermarket PUP would come closest in your opinion?

Thanks

My guess is that the Fralin would be more towards a late '50s/early '60s. I've never owned one but have heard some and they sound great. And Lakland uses them on the Glaub...

In the mid to late '70s, folks were replacing their Fender P Bass pup with a DiMarzio Model P. I know I did!!!

Duncan Antiquity II pickups are modeled after those from the 1970's.
