Violin Bass Replacement Pickups

Sign in to disble this ad
I've got a late 70's or early 80's violin bass. It's japanese made. I'm looking to replace the pickups, but I don't know what size or style to get. The pickups have these frames that fit around them and the frames are what screw into the body.

I'm looking at getting some EMG Split P-bass style pickups, but I'm unsure if they will work.

Any suggestions? Recommendations? Advice?

Thanks!
